poptropicaslutz.com is the website I built for poptropicaslutz!, the NY-native LA-based band I help manage.
Both run on a React single-page frontend over a Postgres database, with photos in Vercel Blob and fan video clips on Cloudflare R2 (served zero-egress).
The public side is a fan landing page: look through photos, post on a real message board, upload clips from past shows and watch other fans' uploads, and browse merch. Fans who make an account and log in also get Flappy Pig, a Flappy Bird clone I built, behind a from-scratch signup kept deliberately simple (simple to a fault) to match the retro vibe, with a leaderboard of users and their highest score.
Behind the fan side is an internal view where we run all the admin, which has become a genuinely complicated half itself.
