Multiple linked services running a real merch business: a public landing page and portfolio (youvmerch.com) that drives traffic to a customer-facing order intake portal (shop.youvmerch.com), feeding into an internal admin/ops/business analytics backend dashboard (theboard.youvmerch.com).

All three share one Postgres database, with theboard.youvmerch.com owning the schema and the external integrations (Stripe, Shopify, and more).

As the sole technical founder, I started with youvmerch.com, a landing page to show prospective clients our prior work. Then I built theboard.youvmerch.com end-to-end as our internal ops dashboard, replacing a tangle of Notion and Google Sheets with a real-time backend that runs our operations and the automation on top of them. Finally I built shop.youvmerch.com, where customers build an order and pay by card at checkout, and paid orders land in the dashboard automatically.
